10:30 a.m. BBQ Opens
11:15 a.m. Race Awards
11:30 a.m. Costume Awards and Pet Parade
12:30 p.m. Conclusion, BBQ Closes

While you’re still in costume, join the Prineville Chamber’s Candy Crawl (noon-5 p.m.) for a day of Halloween fun.
